\"\"About the speaker:<\/strong>
\nProf. Rez Kabir held during 2009-2021 the Chair of Corporate Finance and Risk Management at the University of Twente. His main academic interests are on corporate finance and corporate governance. He has also taught undergraduate and graduate courses at universities in Antwerp, Beijing, Liege, Maastricht, New York, Stirling and Tilburg. His research is primarily multi-disciplinary, empirical and policy-oriented, and spans a wide variety of issues. Articles written by him have appeared in many national and international books and peer reviewed journals including Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Banking & Finance, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Economics & Business, and Journal of Multinational Financial Management.
