Study Duration and Tuition Fees
- Program Duration: 2 years (standard pathway) or 5.5 years (integrated pathway)
- Intake Period: Spring and Fall Semesters
- Tuition Fees: Approximately VND 40 million per programme (detailed tuition fees are subject to the University’s annual regulations) here
Admission Criteria
Admission Eligibility:
- Application-Oriented Master’s Programmes: Bachelor’s degree required
- Research-Oriented Master’s Programmes: Bachelor’s degree with a Good classification required to have a scientific research publication to be eligible for admission consideration.
Language Proficiency Requirements:
- Applicants hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a foreign language major, or have completed a university program taught in a foreign language;
- Applicants who graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology within the past two years and achieved a language proficiency outcome equivalent to Level 3 or higher are eligible to apply;
- Applicants possess a valid foreign language certificate equivalent to Level 3 or higher under the Vietnamese 6-Level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework, or another equivalent certificate recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), issued within the past two years in accordance with current regulations. ▶ The application step:
• Step 1: Apply online through the University admission portal by completing the required personal information and selecting the appropriate programme.(Register link)
• Step 2: Confirm the registration email and complete the online application submission process.
• Step 3: Submit the hard-copy application documents as instructed and wait for the admission results announcement.
▶ Application Documents:
• Copies of the Bachelor’s Degree/Graduation Certificate and academic transcripts.
• Copies of published research papers or scientific publications (if applicable).
• Foreign language degree/certificates.
