Academic Programs
Training talented professionals with the expertise and innovative capacity in science and technology to meet evolving development goals.

Undergraduate Programs
- The training programs are diverse and of high quality, including: Industrial Management, Energy Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance – Banking, as well as advanced programs in Business Analytics, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management.
- The curriculum is designed to foster professional expertise while staying closely aligned with real-world practices, integrating digital skills, analytical thinking, and modern management approaches. This equips students to seamlessly enter the global labor market or pursue higher levels of study (Master’s and Doctoral degrees).
- SEM also distinguishes itself through international joint and transfer programs in partnership with institutions such as Troy University (USA), Monash University (Australia), Griffith University (Australia), and the University of Hertfordshire (UK). These collaborations offer opportunities to earn international degrees while expanding global academic and professional networks.

Graduate Programs
- The Master’s programs are flexibly designed along two pathways—Applied and Research—catering to diverse learning needs and career development goals. With modern training methods that closely integrate theory and practice, the programs enhance learners’ managerial capacity, analytical thinking, and adaptability in a dynamic economic and business environment.
- The Doctoral program offers three majors: Economics, Business Administration, and Industrial Management. It equips candidates with the ability to conduct independent research and analyze socio-economic issues at both national and international levels. Guided by leading faculty, doctoral students engage in advanced research projects and connect with global academic networks. This provides a solid foundation for future careers as researchers, university lecturers, or professional experts.

The School of Economics and Management – Hanoi University of Science and Technology serves as a center for academic research and practical application in the fields of economics, management, and innovation, supported by a strong faculty and close engagement with enterprises and society.

Our Faculty and Research Fields
With a faculty comprising 10 Associate Professors and 44 PhDs, organized into specialized research groups in areassuch as Management & Organization, Logistics & Supply Chain, Energy Management, Information and Business Analytics, Economics, Accounting, Finance – Banking, and Industrial Management, the School is dedicated to addressing diverse challenges in economics, management, and innovation within today’s dynamic development context.

Conferences and Seminars
SEM@HUST fosters a vibrant academic environment that brings together experts, researchers, businesses, and students to exchange and share diverse perspectives on contemporary economic and management issues. From in-depth academic events to multidisciplinary seminars, SEM continuously creates opportunities to bridge theory and practice, promote innovative thinking, and inspire learning and research within the academic community.
Alumni Messages
Techfest Hanoi 2023, co-organized by the Hanoi People’s Committee and the Ministry of Science and Technology, took place from October 12 to 14 with the participation of provinces and cities including Hanoi, Vinh Phuc, Thai Nguyen, Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Ha Nam, Hoa Binh, and Phu Tho. Aiming to showcase research achievements by the university’s faculty and students with strong potential for industrial application and real-life practice, Hanoi University of Science and Technology presented a diverse exhibition booth featuring nearly 40 products.
