Inheriting the mission and objectives of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Vietnam Students’ Association, the Youth Union and Students’ Association of the School of Economics and Management operate with a strong focus on supporting students both within the School and across the University. Their activities aim to create a positive and supportive environment that enables students to study effectively and develop to their fullest potential. 

• A community for learning, connection, and student engagement, where members share academic experiences and access recruitment opportunities from partner enterprises.
• It serves as a platform for organizing extracurricular activities and enhancing students’ soft skills, while also functioning as the focal point for handling Youth Union and Students’ Association affairs across the School.
• The organization places strong emphasis on guiding, training, and fostering the character and qualities of Vietnamese youth in the era of Industry 4.0, with the aim of identifying and introducing outstanding individuals for admission to the Communist Party of Vietnam.
