Standard Programs

EM1 – Energy Management 

With specialized orientations in Energy Use Management and Sustainable Energy Development, this program equips students to become future managers in energy production, energy utilization, renewable energy, and sustainable energy development.

EM2 – Industrial Management

Students are trained to understand and engage in the operational activities of industrial organizations and enterprises, including production planning, warehouse management, product quality management, and process optimization for both manufacturing and service sectors.

EM3 – Business Administration

With specializations in Business Management, Marketing, and Human Resource Management, the program provides comprehensive knowledge of business functions, processes, and organizational structures in today’s global economy.

EM4 – Accounting

With concentrations in Corporate Accounting, Auditing, and Business Information & Knowledge Management, this program prepares students with professional expertise suited for careers in accounting and auditing services, multinational enterprises, government agencies, and international working environments.

EM5 – Finance & Banking

The curriculum emphasizes quantitative analysis and technological applications, offering students broad career opportunities in corporations, banks, securities firms, insurance companies, investment funds, non-bank financial institutions, public service organizations, and state regulatory agencies.

EM-E13 – Business Analytics

Designed to meet international standards with a strong orientation toward the digital economy, this program focuses on information technology applications, data processing, and analytical methods to optimize business processes and enhance organizational performance.

Transfer Programs

HUST - Monash University

Students may complete 2.5 years (or 2 years) at HUST, followed by 1.5 years (or 2 years) at Monash University (ranked 37th, QS World University Rankings 2025). Available majors include Business Administration, Finance & Banking, Accounting, and Business Analytics. 

HUST - University of Hertfordshire

SEM students majoring in Business Administration may complete 3 years at HUST, then transfer to UH (UK) for the final year and receive a UH degree. Scholarships range from £1,000 – £4,000, awarded based on academic performance. Entry requirements: minimum GPA 2.4 and IELTS 6.0.
