Speaker Information:
Associate Professor Habil. Catalina Crisan is currently a lecturer at Babeș-Bolyai University (UBB) and manager of the UBB Student Incubator, where she supports the sustainable development of social enterprises. She is the author of numerous publications in prestigious international journals such as Technological Forecasting and Social Change, International Small Business Journal, Journal of International Management, Sustainability, and Eastern European Economics. She has also presented her research at conferences in various countries, including Spain, Austria, and Singapore. In addition, Assoc. Prof. Crisan has conducted research and taught at many universities around the world, including in Denmark, France, Spain, Russia, Italy, and Germany. She was also awarded a Fulbright Scholarship for academic research and training in Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of Rochester, New York, USA. Her research and teaching focus on Social Entrepreneurship, Technology Entrepreneurship, Corporate Social Responsibility, Strategic Management, and Knowledge Management.
